the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Farmers Insurance Group is an "A" rated company by A.M. Best and has competitive
rates with excellent coverage. In addition to providing insurance for single household dwellings, we offer condominium, townhouse,
and mobile home insurance. We also offer a discount on your home policy when your auto(s) & or life insurance are also
insured through Farmers by our agency. Homeowner's insurance
provides coverage for the home (actual dwelling), personal belongings, living expenses, and personal liability. Since
the home is often the largest investment one owns, it is important to ensure this asset is suitably insured. Homeowner's
policies can be extended with an additional rider (extension to your policy) for precious jewelry, art, and other valuables
that have coverage limitations in a standard policy. Homeowners may also want to consider an Umbrella Liability insurance
policy for additional liability protection. Coverage for earthquake and flood damage is not covered in a standard homeowners
policy and can be supplemented with an earthquake and/or flood insurance policy(s).
Renter's Insurance is much like homeowner's
insurance, but it does not cover the actual dwelling. Renter's Insurance provides coverage for personal belongings, living
expenses, and personal liability. Renter's policies can be extended with an additional rider (extension to your policy)
for precious jewelry and other valuables.
