In 1988, Mike Guarino started the Mike Guarino Insurance Agency by walking
door to door and cold calling prospects out of the phone book. We've come a long way in 20 years and today most
new business is by referral. In 2002, Beth Weber-Guarino joined the agency and it was rebranded Guarino
Insurance Agency a few years later.

Mike Guarino
Graduated from San Jose State University in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science
Degree in International Business, has owned and operated Guarino Insurance Agency since 1988. Mike graduated from Los
Gatos High School in Los Gatos, CA.
Beth Weber-Guarino
Graduated with honors from San
Jose State University in 1989 with a Bachelors of Arts in History, has worked for Fortune 500 firms and small startup companies in
marketing, sales and business development. Beth has worked with the Guarino Insurance Agency since 2002. Beth
graduated from Roosevelt High School in Seattle, WA.
